Background:

During my gameplay, I made deposits and played games seamlessly, and there were no requests for additional verification or documentation.

The reason cited was that I allegedly used someone else’s documents, which is entirely untrue.

I reiterate that all documents submitted were in my name, and I followed the verification process diligently.

I kindly request a thorough reevaluation of my account.

Please verify the authenticity of the documents I provided, including the selfies.
