first i was talked into forefeiting my winnings for a supposedly violation from my part which was that i deposited after winning and that voided unfortunately my winnings She-Ra was the personthat insisted for me to have my shit reset and plaay with the 32 dollars i had deposited litecoin , so i lost it than the day after im like wtf , happend so i get inthe chat and asked to make a complaint on She-Ra the person said hold and when he camemback he said ur winnings have been put back on ur account please proceed to withdraw, this was one thing next is i was told only bitcoin had to be verified that they dont do other documents in my region , but i was asked to send them so ive been trying , theemail they have given me has been the wrong one 3 diff emails and when i ask how bout now did it go thru and they say wait patiently 5 days but more cause they are behind and aday lter i get an email that the address i sent to is rejecting my email and i have not advanced idk i try to be patient but i feel like i was scammed for the 32 and right they are just lying and lying and atealing from people has anyone else have this problem.. please take note that they have diff addresses to send and who knows if they work i couldn't load more images but oh well

inthe withdrawal portion of the site it is asked to send documents to email

and then in a chat i was told to send to
to wich i gotin reply the folowing email from outlook
then they said
and the documents to documents@promovelvetspins.com and outlook replied
then i was asked to send from another email then to sendvto support i mean inclave which is abway ti sign in that should be of trust but not being able to cintactvthem that tey got a casino scaming on people now a days make them complicit and i apreciate the space here though people dont read or care to look untillbit happens i know you cant help me get my money back but at least maybe bring som exposure so these scum rats can be known for what they are, who do you work for anyways everybody is suspected in my eyes right now haha , good day,.
