I won on a $30 cashback bonus with a substantial playthough and I'd only made 1 previous deposit of $31 LTC. Ran the $30 all the way up to $470.00 and decided to attempt to cash it out. Cashout limit was $100. They approved it in a day and a half, which is reasonable. Then there's the notorious "10 business day" wait while it's being reviewed and sent. Well, I'm happy to say that it only took them 5 business days! I redeemed it in BTC, it was my first withdrawal with them, I'd just signed up a week prior, and it was won on a cashback bonus from the one deposit I'd made.. so 6 days from winning it, to it being in my BTC wallet is actually quiet impressive. Customer service was somewhat okay. They do play the famous role where they act like they don't understand anything you're saying, they dodge questions and repeat the same generic, "please allow 10 business days before inquiring about the withdrawal" for anything you ask that has to do with it, but, they weren't very rude like a lot of other casinos I've dealt with. KYC process was very speedy and easy.
I do, however, have one negative thing to mention, a warning if you will... of the $100 winnings I redeemed, only $65.39 made it to my BTC wallet. So, there's either some extremely hefty fees attached, or they don't pay out the total amount of what you win. Just be careful, because if you don't hit big over what you've deposited, you may not break even by the time it gets to you. $35 is a lot when you're only dealing with $100 to begin with. That's 33% of the winnings!

I won 200.00. They first would not accept my bitcoin address as it took me hours to get anotger one set up. Im a begginner with bitcoin. They accepted my new one but the day im suppose to be receiveing the redemption. I can no longer log in and cant talk to support unless you are logged in. This casino is a scam.
