Hello I am trying to withdraw at velobet and they asked for verification which is no biggie normally at any other site, they have it listed you can use an ID card to verify your identity and I assumed my drivers license would work since it’s my ID card for where I live however they told me I can’t use my drivers license to verify my identity and I have to use a passport which I DO NOT HAVE. If a drivers license isn’t an ID card I don’t know what is.file

Could you please let me know if you have contacted customer support to ask why your driver's license cannot be accepted as an identity document? Have you checked if your driver's license has not expired?

Do you have any other documents at your disposal, such as an identification card or a residence permit?

Have you submitted any other documents to this casino for verification? If so, have any of them been approved yet?

So I live in Pennsylvania where you don’t need an ID card/ my drivers license is my ID card and I do not have a resident permit or passport. And yes I contacted support and they have been 0 help all they did was add limits to my account instead of helping me. And no they won’t accept any documents I have as forms of ID so I can’t submit anything to them. And no my drivers license is not expired
