Hi there

I opened an account at velobet because they are a sister site of my stake /rolletto etc the 10%cash back on all deposits is a major draw for playing at this group..

Unfortunately with velo bet its impossible to get this cash back onto my account as they are tottaly unresponsive to various emails and live chat does not work.

I'm not 100%on the actual amount of cashback in question as the transaction history only goes back 20 days..
