The player from Netherlands has requested a withdrawal ten days ago. It hasn’t been received yet. As the player stopped responding to our messages for an extended period of time, the complaint was rejected.

I won a big amount. And wait already for 10 days and its stil standing on in progress, suddenly i had to send pay slips and bankstatements, i never experience this things but stil i send what they asked for already a week and stil nothing happens.


When i email them get nothing back, the joke is when i withdrawal immediately i get an email to send al files like bank statements and pay slip. Also they send me a lot of emails for bonus things. But not 1 email of me they answer.


When i speak with live chat they react so this is good sign, but there every time they tell me to wait and that the financial department is busy with it so i have to be patient.


I won also at other casinos when the ask files i send it and in 1 week always they pay out follow. After this pay out every other pay out is in 2 a 3 days.


So can you guys help with this problem?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please confirm that your account has been successfully verified already? Do I understand correctly that the payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hello petronela,


Yes i was kyc verified before i start paying.


After the withdrawal they wanted my bank statements i send this also.


They confirmed to received this statements but only answer i get for already 11 days now is that my files are by the financial department and that they wil go through it al.


I never experience this long withdrawal and i read alot of bad things about them.


But for me i like the lay out and the games. It wil be so stupid for a online casino who make enough money to make problems with withdrawal while i can easily deposit.


So you believe that the withdrawal wil take place in a matter of time??


Then i wil wait longer for this.


So its not true that they never pay out??

However, I will set the timer for additional 3 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Thursday, we will intervene. Let’s stay positive and wait for the good news regarding your withdrawal. Thank you in advance for your patience.
