Because they have a prmotion which is a bonus wheel that theres a possible that im gonna win jackpot prize i have a 1 spin there but when im claiming the bonus theres an error to so thats why ididnt recieve it and they said they gonna see if they give me the spins since its expired now and then they said lately is they gonna give me 75 ftn like to switch the spin that i didnt claim before because of the error. I have a cashback that i didnt get its cash back for 2 days which is last may of 23 and yesterday i didnt recieve any cashback on that day so can im asking about it but they said its been add but i never seen in my history so im asking them about the proof and they didnt response.
