Hello, I made a payment on April 30th, it was approved on May 2nd and supposedly paid out, the money has not arrived until today and in the chat you are only put off and constantly confronted with different statements.
I ask for help
I also have another payment of €1000 that hasn't even been processed yet.

Ich habe auch noch eine weitere Auszahlung über 1000€ offen die noch nicht Mal bearbeitet ist.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

I am already fully verified and also received a confirmation of the payout by email on May 2nd, which stated that the payout would be credited after 1 day at the latest.
I have also requested a receipt for the transfer but this is not provided to me!

Supposedly the payment provider was contacted by the casino today.
My other payout (1000€) was allegedly not processed because a document is missing, which was already approved a week ago but has now suddenly been rejected! I uploaded a new document.
As soon as there is news I will report.

Meine andere Auszahlung (1000€) wurde angeblich nicht bearbeitet weil ein Dokument fehlt, welches aber vor einer Woche bereits genehmigt war aber nun plötzlich abgelehnt wurde! Ein neue Dokument habe ich hochgeladen.
Sobald es Neuigkeiten gibt werde ich berichten.

And the fully verified account is suddenly " routine investigation by our security team " I've never experienced anything like that! You don't get e-mails or anything else, you have to pull the live chat out of your nose and everyone says something different!!!

Update....the €1000 outstanding ezeewallet payout will not be processed as it is awaiting a response from a team above the payment team! My account is fully verified, the new documents have been approved and now let's start this shenanigans!
