Few months ago i verified my account. I made few deposits and also made few withdrawals without any problems. Everything was fine since 27.03.2023. When i check my account profile someone changed data in my profile / data which user can not change !!!/ i mean changed MY COUNTRY to AUSTRALIA. Someone on live chat told me that i break the rule 7.2. But i am not living in Australia which is restricted - someone changed it for restricted country and wrote me that i break the rule 7.2 I verified my account with different country- all documents ; id, proof od address and e wallet was accepted.


My withdrawal was rejected and after this all my money dissapear from my account. My balance is 0euro. Noe i even can not log in into my account.

They made the same for all users from Poland - without any explanation. This is horrible.

I made print screen of all my data at uberlucky before they delete my account.

My account was verified almost 6 months. I played on sportsbook and NEVER used bonus.

Is there any confirmation from the casino your account was successfully verified in the past or any proof that you received withdrawals from the casino in the past? Please share those here or forward them to my email at tomas@casino.guru

Please note we received multiple complaints about Uberlucky from Polish players with similar issues as you are describing.

Of course i made print screens with my data account before they closed my account / that, my account was full verified and also with this that in my profil there is country AUSTRALIA and also with completed deposits and withdrawals earlier./

I know that more players from Poland experienced similar cases. First i want to send compliance to the authority issuing the uberlucky license as other players from Poland did.
