I'm very dussapointed in the support. I signed up today through the web on R300 no deposit bonus. When i chat to the support team online to redeem my no deposit bonus, they said it expired, how could it expired if i only signed up today? They credited me with free spins, it's not what I asked for. How do we resolve this?
