I have played in this casino over 2 years. I had a really bad experiences with them. One time I was winning 8k and when I wanted to withdraw they told I cannot withdraw because I used the bonus and Mac cashout was X10. But I wager the bonus prior to winnings and even then they canceled my withdraw. Second they will never pay you when you winn more then 1k. Support is extremely rude. This is scam do not play there. Guru why is this casino so highly rated. I was playing there over 2 years and I know what I am talking about.
I read the reviews for this casino and felt I should try it out, now I had a lot of luck on this site however when it came to withdrawing your winnings this became problematic. 1) Verification was very slow , it took over 2 weeks to get verified and this was when I had a 5 k balance which feels very suspicious to me 2) Once verified my withdrawals would fail as rejected by the payment provider 3) I had to use another withdrawal method but the withdrawls where not being processed by the casino within 24 hours and being a degen gambler I ran out of patience and cancelled the withdrawal and proceeded to lose my winnings 4) The deposit was made via a visa debit card but could not withdraw to the same method, this is unacceptable 5) Support have zero knowledge of withdrawal queries and will say they will engage with their finance team and they will get back to you via email, I never received one email from the finance team 6) As mentioned in another persons post the bonus on offer cannot be availed of as I could only take the 20% reload . None of the weekend or daily specials were available to me 7) Most of the casinos players are from south africa however I in the european union and I suspect that outside of SA there are restrictions placed on the accounts that players are not aware of in relation to bonus and withdrawal methods
So I have requested to close my account as I do not trust their withdrawal process and cannot avail of their bonus offerings

Unfortunately this casino has changed its attitude after a few years. They send the 50% reload bonus promotion but when you go to deposit it is not found and they force you to take another 20% promo with the excuse of having abused the first one, when it is checked and attributed only twice weekly by the same casino!!

These are scammers. They stole 400€ from the account, leaving 17€ allegedly under the terms of the bonus. From 17 € I filled up to 25 € I put it on the withdrawal, but the withdrawal was canceled and only 8 € was left on the account. I started to write to the chat, but they just deleted my account. Support is extremely rude. This is the worst casino I have ever seen.

Why does this casino on this site have such a high rating? I registered with them recently, won a large amount, and asked for a withdrawal of the winnings. My account was instantly blocked, and when I asked in the chat why my account was blocked and how can I get my money back. I was told: all the best to you and goodbye. and blocked even the possibility of contacting them. My attempts to contact them are impossible, they just closed the chat and took my money and that's it, that's it. I've never seen such blatant theft. The daily wheel were you get free spins is a huge mess!! They tell you that you got the spins on the wrong game. And removes the free spins. The servers to tusk is always down for maintenance. and i constantly get errors. They dont respond to e mail at there promised respond time. The Rtp in the games is not legit 300+ spins on 96.3% rtp and not a single bonus.
