The player from United States has requested a withdrawal more than three weeks ago. It hasn’t been received yet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I deposited with bitcoin and was told 72hrs for withdrawal if I won. Then I had to go through the kyc process which was when they told me it was 72hours for that, and that I misunderstood and it wasn't 72hrs for withdrawal and instead only 72 hours for the verification and it would be 5 to 18 days max. I've been trying to get my withdrawal since January 28th. Today they said it was 5-18 BUSINESS days not actual days per their terms and conditions. Today they told me it has only been 13 business days. They have lied to me and played with words from the very beginning and I believe I've been scammed and will not be paid. It has been nearly one month since I started my withdrawal process and they say it's only been 13 days. I can prove the withdrawal started on January 28th. And j can prove that it took the 6 days to verify me with the kyc process. I think we can agree that there are more than 13 business days between the 28th of January and today February 22nd. Please help.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.
