Hello, my issue is of course with my withdrawal. I did a deposit bonus, completed the playthrough requirements and requested my withdrawal. That was on September 23, 2022. It’s now October 15, 2022. Whenever I contact support to ask about the status of my withdrawal they tell me that they will contact my account manager. I’ve also emailed my account manager multiple times with no response. Help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Well today is the 18th business day since my account was verified. According to them I should receive payment today. So far nothing?
Is anyone gonna help me with this? It’s been over 18 business days and I’ve received nothing?! No payout…no response to my emails to my ‘account manager’? Who told me I was to receive my payout no later than friday(yesterday).
Update: I’ve been paid by True Fortune. Although they only paid me 333 not the 450. With no explanation. I do believe it was probably 350 but with the fluctuations of bitcoin it ended up at the 333 value. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I’m glad I was paid out but the withdrawal time frame is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Thanks again
