It has been nearly 3 weeks now since I tried my first initial withdrawal. I clicked on withdrawal on the menu and was ask to give all my id credentials, so fair enough I thought so I uploaded all copies of my id, passport, bank statements and all my bank details at first I was told to wait as they confirm all my details.


I received an email stating that all documentation they required of me has been approved. And so was told that all I can do now is wait for my money to come into my account.


In the first week of waiting, I was told not to worry and my winnings will be sorted out to me. So I waited......


By the end of the second week, I started going into live chat to try and get an update regarding my cashout.


I was asked by the live chat team member to just wait and to send my bank account details AGAIN AND AGAIN GOING IN CIRCLES .. so that's my second being told to wait when I've already waited more than 2 weeks..


So I decided to keep persisting to ask online support. To the point that my credit has now been withdrawn and put back into my casino account. When I asked why this was so...... I was told that my banking details have not been uploading but has now been escalated and pay out should follow soon.....


After that, I have not been able to get into the "True Blue casino site to even login in my account. Please help me if anyone can 😔

Do I understand it correctly that your account has been completely blocked and you are still not able to login into it? Do you have any other relevant communication with the casino? As you can see on the attachment...... Everytime I try to access true blue casino, I am presented by this page being refused access. Now I went to go and used my friend's phone just to see it's not just me having trouble gaining access. To my surprise, I was able to gain access to their site and onto my account. So my account being closed is actually false at this time. But I am worried as to why my phone can no longer gain access. I've asked live chat about my winnings and was told to yet just wait till they get approved, and I will be contacted via email once done. So at this point in time, there is still a little glimmer of hope and I am still hoping to get my winnings.


As for my phone being unable to access the site, I'm guessing (just guessing) that they have blocked my port number/ ip address?? Any thoughts on this guys???file

I've got some pretty good news here. The first thing I'll say is the first withdrawal is always a bit complicated. Every bit of it is for good reason: Security and player protection as well as establishing a viable payout method and getting the details in place for that. But it can still be annoying, I understand.


Once this is completed the rest flows fairly painlessly. On that note I see literally zero I can do to assist right now, all of your documents and payout details were completed successfully as of the 31st of July and two (quite substantial) payments have been issued since then. Average delivery time once payment has been made to our 3rd party payment providers is between 3-10 business days, you should be seeing some cash coming your way shortly.


Once that arrives, let us know. I'll have a look and make sure things are progressing properly as it looks like you've got a couple bucks to go on your payout. 😉


Regarding your login issues, the only thing I can verify is it's not on our end. Try clearing your cache and cookies, make sure you aren't behind any firewalls that might now allow access, update flash player, make sure you're not on a VPN, could be any number of things. But your account is fine as far as the casino is concerned.

Hey all,


Once a payment is approved it no longer shows as pending in your casino account, it's actually good news. These are the two payments I informed you of previously (composed of three approved withdrawals), due to the 3rd party payment system it can be some time (generally 3-10 business days) before they will register in your bank account. Just be patient and you should be sitting on a nice bit of cash in good time. 🙂

Hey guys,


I see withdrawal payments on the 2nd and 3rd of August, and also a third payment on the 10th that has gone out to our 3rd party for delivery as well. I checked with the requisite department and there are "no know delays" for wire payments with our 3rd party currently, however the delivery time can vary. My absolute best advice is be patient, there is quite a bit of money on the way. Literally any time now.

Sorry for the late response guys..... All is well now after waiting all that time I finally got my last payment from them. 👍 Big thanks to casino gurus for all the help 👍.


To other readers out there... From my experience, if it's your 1st withdrawal. Please know it will take a while to get your winnings, but the wait is all worth it. Just don't go doin anything silly like cancel your withdrawal then gamble with it. It may or may not work in your favour in the end. peace ✌️ out
