Absolutely appalling casino. I waited patiently for my payout, checking each week with the online chat help to ensure it was being processed. I was told 3 time that it was,and I would receive my money soon,and a confirmation email. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PAYOUT, and they have closed my account, so I can no longer try to follow it up. I had so much hassle on my first withdrawal, everytime i provided info they "needed", drivers license, utility bills etc (felt like ID fraud), a "quick" 5 - 7 day withdrawal, turned into 3 weeks, for less than $200!! Made the mistake of falling for one of their cashout coupons, made a deposit, they honored the % on my deposit, but now claim they GAVE me the %. And instead of my winnings being withdrawn, i"ve now got over a $1000 in play through.

Got a winning of $150. Went to cash out. Withdrawal request went on for 3 days until I saw it was approved. Spoke to live chat and ended up being told the money was voided due to mixed funding or some crap. Liars and cheats. They just take money and don't give you winnings. No different from those cash game apps.
