Won 9000 dollars after depositing 90 dollars with free spins and bonus cash.

Turned the money over at least three times to cover requirements.

Left 7000 in there and cashed out bonus points to play.

Casino.then said it was a mix of funds.

Took the 7000 and left 90 in the a.c..

Turned 90 into 200 which I have been trying to withdraw but with no success.

All the old hype . Bank details incorrect . Wire code incorrect.

This company is a scam and need to be investigated by the relevant authorities

Have you requested a withdrawal at any point after completing wagering requirements for the first bonus before cashing out the bonus points?
