I have explained I had a fire and death they say payments in 5-18 days I'm in my 18th here no phone # you have account manager responsible for withdraws I've sent numerous emails chat agents say they emailed her but yet nothing! Please help ask have a $800 at casino Friz and $100 at tradition casino(all sister sites) but not listed on your list

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Could you please advise the correct website links for other casinos? You will need to submit separate complaints about each gambling establishment as we keep one thread per casino only.

I have received no response from the casino so will attempt to contact them one last time. If there is still no response the complaint will be closed as 'unresolved' and have a negative effect on the casino's rating.

Dear Hardrock74,


I have tried to contact with the casino repeatedly but without success. Since the casino has no license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without their cooperation.


I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach.

I am very sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion.
