The player from Germany had his account closed due to the casino exiting the German market. We closed the complaint because the player didn't have any withdrawable balance on his account.
The casino closed my account as they no longer serve the market. According to support, this is a business decision

Please understand that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Is there any withdrawable balance on your account that is withheld by the casino?

There is no more credit. Nevertheless, this dubious behavior on the part of the casino should at least be made known.
