The player from Lithuania requested a withdrawal from Thunderpick. His withdrawal was rejected due to a supposed VPN violation, and he was allowed to withdraw the amount of his deposit only. After this, his account was closed. The player decided to contact the regulator, therefore we could no longer investigate the case and we are waiting for their decision. The regulator later decided in favour of the player and this complaint could be closed as resolved.
