The player from United States has requested a withdrawal three weeks ago. It hasn’t been received yet. The player eventually received their payment and the complaint was resolved.
I requested withdraw on Oct. 1. My security documents were approved on Oct 7. My withdraw is still pending 17 days later. I've correponded with the casino and they keep saying i should be paid soon but i still have not been paid.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

My account was successfully verified. On October 6th I believe. I have the email. I have all their emails. I’ve withdrawn money from at least 15 other online casinos and I’ve never had to wait close to this long. They keep saying that I’m going to be paid soon… but I don’t believe them. It’s been pending for over 20 days now!
