We had reached out to the player to gather more information, however, the player did not respond to our messages and questions. Consequently, we were unable to investigate further and were forced to reject the complaint.

I was initially excited that I was sent an invitation or a enticement so to speak, in the form of a ten dollar bonus. To only discover that after having accumulated up to $1100 I was not eligible for any type of withdrawal!!!! What the heck is the point even sending an email with the proposition of a " no deposit bonus " if there's no reason to play and no chance of getting the winnings ??!!!! What a load of shite

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with This Is Vegas Casino. According to our Fair gambling codex:

We believe that casinos should be equipped to only give out bonuses to eligible players. If the casino is not equipped, it should let players withdraw their winnings even if they are from a country that is restricted for bonuses. In other words, once a player gets a bonus, a casino shouldn't take it away from them or confiscate any winnings that originated from that bonus (unless some other rules have been broken).

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation. 

  • Have you filled in your casino profile, or has the casino asked for your country upon registration?
  • Could you please explain what kind of bonus you redeemed?
  • Could you please send me the correspondence from the casino regarding the issue? My email is tomas@casino.guru
