The player from South Africa had her account blocked shortly after depositing funds without further explanation. After few days Casino paid all of the winnings to the player.
I Ndiphiwe finished wangering with €100 and i contacted live support agency and he/she told me to deposit some funds and send KYC documents which i did.
After they approved my account and i made a deposit of €10..and i waited for 5 working days after that they send an email that my withdrawals has been approved,so i waited!i waited for other one week and i became supprissed when i try to contact them,i only found out that my account has been blocked including emails,so i can't be able to contact them.But i took some screenshots as prove include my conversation with their live support
As long as they don't solve this matter I'll keep on updating people about their scam.
Thebe casinos are scammers please stay away from this casino,they'll make you to pay some deposit after that they'll block your account includes email.
You can't have an access to contact them anymore
