I played with a bonus/free spin amount. I managed to satisfy the play through requirements/amount and the balance was adjusted to r1000 ( no problem yet).


I verified my documents and made a successful deposit..

i withdraw the r1000 as the withdrawable amount was r1000 and continued to play with the deposited amount.


I only received a payment of only 0.00169btc(+-350 rand) and then my account was blocked /suspended.


I'm unable to communicate with them via email as they don't respond.

Could you please specify which bonus you have redeemed initially? Was it a Free Bonus money  (No Deposit bonus)? Have you deposited any funds into your account?
