The player from the US was unable to access her account and communicate with casino support about retrieving her deposit and winnings. The player, who only played slots, had registered and verified her account recently. She claimed to have won and withdrawn $461 without using any bonus, but was unable to login to her account afterwards. Despite our attempts to contact the casino, there was no response from their side. We closed the complaint as 'unresolved', which negatively affected the casino's rating. The casino was not licensed, limiting further action.

Excuse me but I deposited my Crypto money into your Casino & was verified ID & confirmed after $100 fair to terms ,& conditions. U asked to make a deposit to confirm my Crypto address & I deposited $16 for transfer with $22 left in my play balance around 6pm. Now you vagabond criminal casino thugs blocked my Inclave login access to to see or chat with Support about my transfer money. Ya'll better give me my USD back in full. Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully? Account was newly opened & verified yesterday with Passport & Bio Screening Identity Platform All screened during Cash Out processing Confirmed.

Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please? From the details provided, it seems that you built up your winnings from a free bonus. After completing the bonus wagering, you were then requested to make a deposit to verify your payment method. Unfortunately, it appears that all your winnings were confiscated shortly afterward.

Yes this is the Scrnario on top on the fact my Deposit was left on the account of which I got no winning Coinbase withdrawal nor Cashback Refundcof my own money. So I'm owned the money that was on my balance that doesn't belong to them. Can you ask them to get my money back today. Upon multiple emails they are aware they still owe this money. I provided you screenshots.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will close the complaint as "unresolved" which will decrease the casino rating. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the change in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. Also, the casino is not licensed, so I cannot recommend you to contact any Gaming Authority.
