The player from Australia had won $3700.00 at an online casino but found their winnings were missing. The casino claimed that the player had cancelled their withdrawal requests and used up the winnings, however, the player denied using their account during that period. We had asked the player to provide their account history and authorization journal for further investigation. Despite extending the response deadline, the player did not respond. As a result, we could not proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I played on the pokies.net site and had gained $3700.00 at around 12pm roughly, only to come back to it all gone. I had tried to explain that I wasn’t using my account for the rest of the day and they acted like I spent it all myself. They sent screenshots of how my account was cancelling withdrawal requests and spending it back through to the machine when I explained I wasn’t using my account. I changed my password since.
