I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Hi thankyou for responding si quickly no these are not my 1st deposit I've been using the site for sometime they have always been good to me if there was a problem but this has just taken far too long the payment have all gone through nothing is on. Hold from my bank it's is on there end. The transition were completed but thepokies86.net didn't credit my account it is with there payment provider but I've contacted them everyday just told the same thing I'll forward you my transition and my bank statement 4 deposit $50 s40 $40 and $30 in total I did more deposit on the same day some went in on my account but none of these ones did thanks heaps for your help I have more ticket numbers as well

Yes still ongoing into the 4th week now everything has been provided bank statement transaction receipt extra I've spoken with the casino I said I just want to play credit my account or refund me it's only $160 still hasn't been resolved I asked can I have some free spins or some credit because I wanted to play and they told me I had accumulated $100 in which the put on my account with a 60x wager at least this was something 1st step they have took to make it better but I had to ask them to do something still nothing about the deposit so I'm still waiting thankyou for your assistance
