The player from Australia has a permanently restricted account and is seeking assistance to have it unlocked.
My account has been permanently restricted for no reason and i want it un restricted . can you please help?

Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. If the casino doesn't withhold any balance we might not be able to assist.

We contact online casinos only in cases where the balance is withheld or confiscated. If the casino only blocked your account without any active balance we won't be able to help you.
Kindly let me know whether the casino withheld any balance or confiscated any winnings, otherwise the complaint will be closed.
