The player from Australia had experienced a problem with the last transaction during multiple deposit attempts in a day. The player had been unable to reach the casino's customer service. However, the issue had been resolved when the funds were returned to the player.

this was my 3rd or so deposit for the day.

All others credited like normal.

Last attempt via Payid was sent from my account, I waited till the morning and received an email from bitunivex about the termination of my payid.


Another party is Argenic. I would normally get an email from both stating payment was successful, but there has been nothing apart from the closing of the Payid I use.


the email came after the Payid has I assume been shutdown.
