The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal a month ago. Unfortunately, it has not been received yet. Though the casino claimed to process the request, the communication with the player stopped and we were forced to reject the complaint.

Requested a withdrawal 3.4.22 and before that 2 weeks earlier but cancelled and re submitted again on 3.4.22.

Verification is complete, has been since 1.3.22. Every time I contact support I am advised that there is an issue with processing payments and I would be contacted when the issue is resolved.

It's becoming very frustrating.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

This has already been processed for the customer. The delays were due to customer not providing the correct proof of payment.
