I can’t believe this site has stayed open. Completely scammed my verified account out of 6k, by requesting to verify again after submitting a withdrawal request. All documents that was asked for was provided and rejected each time after giving up on the withdrawal I forfeit the balance then I received an email to say out of the gesture of goodwill they would verify the account. Complete scam site not to be trusted!!

This casino is rigged, especially those crash multiplier style games. When you bet small amounts, the plane flies forever, but if you pick a bigger bet like 30 or 50 euro, the plane crashes instantly, multiple times in a row. This isn't a coincidence. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, especially on Cash Plane 5000x. Also, if you lose a lot of money, for example 500 euro, and try to win it back, the rigged casino always allows you to get close, but then you rapidly start losing again once 500 is near, sending you back to zero. Also, this site is trash when it comes to responsible gambling. Players can self-exclude and set cooling off periods, but they are meaningless because you can just ask customer service to undo it, and then you have access to your account again with hours. A proper casino would be stricter about this and says there's no coming back until the self-exclusion is complete fully.

I tried this site out because it had a decent welcome offer, was part of the Dama group which I've enjoyed before and I liked the logo. It has been a good experience overall. It's an annoying fact of playing online these days that you have to provide a lot of information if you want to be sure of a withdrawal. Because I've had trouble before I like to make sure I am verified early on and I found the process really smooth and it has meant that any withdrawals I have made since have been really quick. I have had a great experience at the Clubhouse! The design is slick and makes the site feel exclusive, which the customer service also does. I am not sure what the previous users have experienced, but my experience has been great.
The customer service was great when I had a payment issue (due to my own error) and they really make an effort to make you feel special. Payouts were done quickly and efficiently and the bonuses were good.
