It's a complete disaster. The live chat is the most incompetent and arrogant I have ever experienced. No matter what you complain about, it's always the server's fault. I was insulted, made fun of and caught lying. If you have something paid out, it's always the same afterwards, you don't win anything for 3 weeks. This casino is rigged, especially those crash multiplier style games. When you bet small amounts, the plane flies forever, but if you pick a bigger bet like 30 or 50 euro, the plane crashes instantly, multiple times in a row. This isn't a coincidence. IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, especially on Cash Plane 5000x. Also, if you lose a lot of money, for example 500 euro, and try to win it back, the rigged casino always allows you to get close, but then you rapidly start losing again once 500 is near, sending you back to zero. Also, this site is trash when it comes to responsible gambling. Players can self-exclude and set cooling off periods, but they are meaningless because you can just ask customer service to undo it, and then you have access to your account again with hours. A proper casino would be stricter about this and says there's no coming back until the self-exclusion is complete fully.

Very bad casino, the deposits are clicked down in a few minutes with no chance of winning.
Very confusing menu. The slots break during a session, which is very annoying, I tested different browsers here. There are few providers.

I tried this site out because it had a decent welcome offer, was part of the Dama group which I've enjoyed before and I liked the logo. It has been a good experience overall.
I mostly play the live dealer games from Evolution which they offer but I have played quite a lot of slots with the Clubhouse too because of the kind of bonuses they give (I guess some bonuses for table games would be good too). They base themselves on a private members club which I thought was a gimmick at first but the messaging I've received has been really nice and they seem to take a very customer centric approach to things, including the KYC process. It's an annoying fact of playing online these days that you have to provide a lot of information if you want to be sure of a withdrawal. Because I've had trouble before I like to make sure I am verified early on and I found the process really smooth and it has meant that any withdrawals I have made since have been really quick.
I would recommend giving this site a go, they have a slightly more grown up approach to things than others and although you can still get free spins etc they do seem to pull off the impression that you are a valued member. But maybe that's because I've lost a fair bit!

I have had a great experience at the Clubhouse! The design is slick and makes the site feel exclusive, which the customer service also does. I am not sure what the previous users have experienced, but my experience has been great.
