I deposit to this site a lot of money, higher than the amount left in it for now. Five days ago, I made a withdrawal and they declined it after several hours. I emailed the support team, and they said I have to verify the account while I verified my account 5 or 6 days before that day. After that, they said I have to withdraw by the same method as the method I deposit but the issue was they have not put that method on the withdraw page. This company does a lot of things to steal their customers' money. In the next email, they said "It was an internal mistake, please request a new withdrawal request.". But this is when the tragedy starts. When I do make a new withdrawal request as they said, after several hours of waiting, I receive a new email saying that "Dear player, Your account has been flagged for violating our terms and conditions point 11.5. In accordance with our terms we will close your account" and they not let me access to the account to withdraw all my money in there even while can not prove any proof and not respond any mail. Never ever seen any casino/betting sites that close customer accounts and do not let them withdraw their money before closing accounts officially. It's really a big amount to me for living.

I have been a player of this site for under a month. Honestly, I almost play sportsbooks but I can't complaint about my issue anywhere except Casino.Guru. I know this is the only hope, where I can hear a reply from this casino - Suprabets.

I didn't take any bonus.

I am not sure if I understood you correctly. Did you mean to say you exclusively placed bets on sports?


Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.

"Did you mean to say you exclusively placed bets on sports?" Yes, I only bet on sports on suprabets. But in my knowledge and experience, there is no site can help me to resolve my complaint except Casinoguru. I know your site just work on casino case but you are the only hope that help me to touch with this company.
