I had submitted already the documents, my account was verified. Since a week I opened account with Suprabets, They only allow deposit & withdraw on verification, So When I created account I submitted all documents , Everything was verified.


I played with my real money & Won , My account has around 22292 INR (266 USD), Which when I requested for withdrawal, My ID was locked & I did not receive any funds , I lost all my savings my hard earned money.

As the casino did not specify what kind of "Fraudulent practice" did you commit by their term 11.5, the case will require further investigation. I will now forward your complaint to my colleague Michal (michal.k@casino.guru) who will be assisting you from now on.
