The player from Bulgaria successfully played through bonuses and made initial withdrawals, but encountered a problem when attempting to withdraw a larger sum of 400 euros. His account was subsequently closed, with the casino citing a violation of casino terms. We have received evidence of bonus abuse and therefore have rejected this complaint.

Hello, I registered in suprabets.com, and played 1st casino bonus with 40 EURO deposit and after successful verification and some winning from free bets and some other games I withdraw 60 euro. The withdraw was approved. Then I played a second bonus with deposit of 300 euro and after I lost them I deposit again 20 and after some wins I want to withdraw 100euro and the withdraw was successful, after that I want to withdraw another 400 euro , I left another 300 in my account to play later, and that last withdraw was not approved and my account was closed forever with email that I violated thei terms. What exactly I did wrong except that I won some money.

I will be glad if you investigate my case. Thank you.

  • Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and when exactly was your account blocked?
  • What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, multiplayer)
  • Did you achieve your current balance with or without an active bonus? 
  • Could you please forward me the casino's justification for blocking your account to my email address at tomas@casino.guru?

Could you please confirm your account was successfully verified?

Have you contacted the casino asking for details of their decision to close your account and confiscate your funds?

Do I understand correctly the last successful withdrawal of 100€ was from the same 20€ deposit as the rest of your 700€ winnings?

My account was verified. I did not contact the casino, first I wrote here. And yes, my winnings are from my last deposit of 20 euro. If you think that is important to write first to them I will do it.
