The player from Poland requested a withdrawal after playing various games in the betting and casino sections. After the request the casino blocked his account and since then have stopped responding to his emails. After we contacted the casino. it turned out that the player made purely sports betting related stakes. Unfortunately, we were forced to reject the complaint, since we have no branch dealing with sports bets yet.

Scammers! I played in the betting and casino sections, roulette etc. I won a bit and then requested a withdrawal of my deposit amount. That's when they immediately blocked my account and stopped responding to my emails. They are robbing their customers. I would like to at least reclaim my DEPOSIT. I am contacting the licensor as well as bettingadvice, sportsbookreview, and askgamblers. The owner, I see, owns not only suprabets but several other sites. I will do my best to have their license revoked. Do not play there, they won't even return your deposit.

Hi, I play without any bonus, and I registered c.a. 2 weeks ago. Deposit fast and no problem. Lose bets and money no problem. Little win and want withdraw sum of a deposit? BIG Problem and account closed. Now I read a lot that they` re scammers and do the same with other people...I only want my deposit... Thank you in advance if you can help me..
