Despite our numerous attempts to communicate with the casino, we received no response, which was a common occurrence with this casino. Later, the player posted new information in our forum, which led us to adjust the disputed amount to £300, but the complaint remained unresolved.

I have been waiting 7 weeks for my withdrawal and It doesn’t seem to be getting any closer to being resolved. Support give the same response about it still being checked every time I talk to the them. I made Multiple deposits on the week starting the 6th of November totalling just over £200 which means my life time deposits are over the threshold of restricted winnings. Wagering requirements were completed on my final deposit and bonus and I requested a withdrawal of £600. Account is verified so I have no idea what the problem is. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

  • Have you been given any explanation of what caused the delay?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost two months is an unusually long time.

Good morning! Yes it still says ‘awaiting’ and hasn’t changed since the day I made the withdrawal. The live chat keep telling me it’s to do with them having to thoroughly check every withdrawal and have been a little more apologetic recently. They’ve stopped responding to emails completely though.

I did see on trust pilot that somebody received their withdrawal a week or so ago so maybe they are starting to resolve these issues but 7 weeks is a crazy amount of time🙁

Unfortunately, I would like to inform you that since this casino has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy" we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved". This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.

New information from the player has been posted in our forum. As a result, I will adjust the disputed amount from 600 GBP to 300 GBP, but the complaint will remain classified as unresolved. The casino maintains its policy and continues to not cooperate with us on case resolutions.
