On 06/27/2023 @ 3:42am, I requested a withdrawal using Coindraw. According to the payments team, it will take approximately 48 hours to appear in my wallet; depending on volume, it can take between 3-7 days. The latest would be 07/04/23. I checked my wallet a bit ago and there was no deposit made. I logged on to Sunrise Slots and it shows my deposit was cancelled. I contacted customer service via chat and the agent is insisting that it was not cancelled. He said the payment attempt failed. It's another tactic they use to delay payment or I must be SOL because the exact same thing happened to me on June 10th, my withdrawal was cancelled the day it was set to deposit. I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

The problem I am having is not about the time it takes to receive a withdrawal. The issue I am having is, my withdrawal is being cancelled the day its set to be deposited.

I have had a couple of successful withdrawals from them. I did redeem a coupon that required a deposit. I've attached a photo of the transaction which includes the coupon reversal. Thank you.
