I have waited above and beyond the 7 to 10 business days for approval and then 7 to 10 business days thereafter to get my withdrawal. My questions are conveniently overlooked most of the time, and I'm just met with another empty I'm sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience... While, in the meantime I have gone through a domestic violence situation, had my home destroyed, need to take my dog to the veterinarian and that person is supposed to be getting out of jail today so I'm in a little bit of danger not that it's their fault but they don't care. They have had me confirm my Bitcoin wallet address four times which gives me a little bit of false hope each time. In the meantime, they keep sending emails with the subject line asking do you want to get paid faster? And when I ask them how come I can get paid faster if I deposit another $200? That shouldn't make a difference and they've in the meantime tried to get my bank information to do a wire transfer which isn't going to be any faster according to them and I'm not surprised that they're just not trying to

I've my bank information to see if there's any money in there since I don't keep any in my Bitcoin wallet now. Super sketchy... I guess I will never deposit again without reading reviews first.. the only halfway positive review that I got to on here was talking about a Litecoin withdrawal.... They don't do light coin withdrawals which makes me believe that it's not a legit review, maybe a employee or whatever they're called.... I'm just blown away by the way the world works lately.. if there's anything that y'all can do to help me I would appreciate it more than you know

Thank you for your response. To answer your questions,


Yes, I passed the KYC verification


This is my first attempt at withdrawing from sunrise casino.


I believe I deposited $30 without a bonus in litecoin. I can't go and look because they have me blocked from the website.


The withdrawal has been processed by the casino and sent to their third party, whoever that is to handle the Bitcoin withdrawal.


I can't believe they can get away with this, but I guess I should have checked whether or not they were legit and had a license to begin with.

Thank you for your replies as well as the screenshot. On the screenshot of your transaction history, I can see that you requested your withdrawal on July 4. Has your withdrawal request of $980 been approved yet? Can you see that in your transaction history as well?
