They told me to contact them if by the 18th I didn't get it, now they have completely ignored me and I've been waiting in chat over an hour. They said it was approved a week ago but now they are ignoring me. The email used is i*****@****.com

In order to be able to withdraw with Bitcoin they want you to send a $30 deposit which as you see I've done so explain to me why I have not received my $120 they told me if I don't receive it by the 18th to contact them again I've been trying and I've gotten nowhere
