The player from the US requested a withdrawal in October. It has not been processed yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
10/27 requested payout $320 won with a loyalty bonus after loosing a bitcoin deposit - got all documentation approved and on 10/31 the payout to bitcoin was approved since then its been 7 to 10 days no pay every few days i contact them to be told due to a high volume of requests the are have a slight delay and i will have to just wait ...
the say come back this week for an update and this loops around
i have been told twice it was escalated then on another occasion that the manager would escalate and it then another time told i would be processed soon and cant get any information of value about why i have yet to be paid this slight delay is 200% longer than the promised payout time 🙁 what can i do?
