On January 17, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €1,817 from Lanista Casino.
A partial payment of €500 was initially processed very quickly. Since then, the remaining amount has been delayed without any apparent reason.
Customer support only gives general excuses such as "high payout volume" or "problems with the payment service provider", but does not specify a concrete payout date.
Additionally, the verification process is not transparent: I am told to check the verification tab, but no clear or actionable requirements appear there.
What's particularly problematic is that I received an email from support referring to "Rabona Customer Service," even though I only play on Lanista. This raises serious questions about transparency and the operator's structure.
Despite written confirmation from the casino that "everything is fine" with my payout, no payment has been made to date and there has been no further response.
Therefore, I cannot recommend Lanista, as payouts appear to be only partial and then delayed.
Update 16.03.2026 The payout was eventually completed in full, however the entire process was very long and sometimes very complicated.
I submitted my first withdrawal request on January 20, 2026. After that, I had to submit documents multiple times and repeat various verification steps. Additionally, there were technical problems uploading some documents, which further delayed the process.
After several weeks and many inquiries, the full amount was finally paid out.
On the positive side, the casino did eventually pay out. However, the payout and verification process could be significantly faster and more transparent.

Eine Teilauszahlung von 500 € wurde zunächst sehr schnell durchgeführt. Seitdem wird der Restbetrag ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund verzögert.
Der Kundensupport nennt ausschließlich allgemeine Ausreden wie „hohes Auszahlungsaufkommen" oder „Probleme mit dem Zahlungsdienstleister", nennt jedoch kein konkretes Auszahlungsdatum.
Zusätzlich ist die Verifizierung nicht transparent: Mir wird gesagt, ich solle den Verifizierungs-Tab prüfen, dort erscheinen jedoch keine klaren oder umsetzbaren Anforderungen.
Besonders problematisch ist, dass ich vom Support eine E-Mail erhalten habe, in der von „Rabona Kundendienst" die Rede war, obwohl ich ausschließlich bei Lanista spiele. Das wirft ernsthafte Fragen zur Transparenz und Betreiberstruktur auf.
Trotz schriftlicher Aussage des Casinos, dass mit meiner Auszahlung „alles in Ordnung" sei, erfolgte bis heute keine Zahlung und keine weitere Reaktion.
Ich kann Lanista daher nicht empfehlen, da Auszahlungen offenbar nur teilweise erfolgen und anschließend hinausgezögert werden.
Update 16.03.2026 Die Auszahlung wurde am Ende vollständig durchgeführt, allerdings war der gesamte Prozess sehr lang und teilweise sehr kompliziert.
Meine erste Auszahlungsanfrage habe ich bereits am 20.01.2026 gestellt. Danach musste ich mehrfach Dokumente einreichen und verschiedene Verifizierungsschritte wiederholen. Zusätzlich gab es technische Probleme beim Hochladen einiger Dokumente, was den Prozess weiter verzögert hat.
Nach mehreren Wochen und vielen Nachfragen wurde der Betrag schließlich vollständig ausgezahlt.
Positiv ist, dass das Casino am Ende bezahlt hat. Der Auszahlungs- und Verifizierungsprozess könnte jedoch deutlich schneller und transparenter ablaufen.
