Hi I deposited nearly 300 Bucks at this casino only too not be able too log on too the site after I finished playing. No cash back, No bonuses, and no comps or something. Is there anyway you guy's can help me here. Its been like 2 weeks since I could access my account. I know after 300 bucks of deposits there should be cash back there. : /

Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. 

  • Could you please advise if there are any real funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.

Well I know I had deposited enough for cash back which I never saw plus any bonus chips offered after $300 some dollars of deposit's.

What else can I put. THAT IS MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT. """"??????"Wha???"""" They sent me emails saying I had appreciation money in my account etc. That is money this won't be going anywhere when people won't talk scratch.

I was not aware of a play through. Some have a play through some don't. I put enough in that if there was no play through that could be comp point's etc. Do what you must.
