I placed €250 of my REAL money on a sports bet and then played with the bonus in the casino and unfortunately didn't win anything.


But then my bet won.


When I wanted to cash out, I was told that I had violated the terms and conditions.


I can't really imagine that with a NON-Sticky Bonus.

I answered, that I think, a NON-Sticky Bonus is not sticked to Bonus MOney and I cas use like I want - no answer.


I had the 100% Non-Sticky Welcome Bonus

I'm truly sorry but if you placed a single bet of €250 and then this bet won, I'm afraid we won't be able to help you. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed.
