SportsBetting.ag Casino - Player has not received a bonus.

The disputed amount may vary as I'm not sure of the exact amount of the deposit my friend made. I believe she said it was $100. Regardless, I referred a friend and took advantage of the referral promotion. The casino has addressed most of my concerns but refuses to acknowledge my primary concern. I'm supposed to receive a 200% bonus up to $200 for each friend I refer. I've done it before already successfully. This time however, I've never received that bonus. I've reached out to multiple agents and I keep getting the runaround. Attaching multiple screenshots.
