After winning 0,56 BTC they have been difficult. I have verified and tried to withdraw. They accepted a withdrawal of 10k dollar and closed my account. They still owe me 25k dollar, but refuse to give any kind od evidence that I have broken some terms.


Is it suddenly illegal to win? It makes no sense to only pay me a small amount of my winnings. It was nothing wrong with my gambling. I need some kind of proof of me doing anything wrong. I know they do not have such evidence.


I have played for many years and is VIP on several sites. I can provide evidence of this.

My account was made in the end of January and I made several deposits in that period. I verified trough two «third party» verification solutions they offer. I for example had to do a «face scan» and send picture of passport. This is normal and I have done it other places too.

I play both sports and casino with high stakes. But at Sportsbet.io I was banned from both sports and casino after a big win on sports. I had not been able to play for a long time. I lost my first few bets and had no problem. But when I won a big bet they suddenly cared. Random? Probably not. They only like when people lose of course.


I used an oddsboost for my bet. If that was the problem they can remove the extra winnings I got from it. But it makes no sense to take 25k. I play at Stake and others without bonuses and oddsboosts. So I do not care about that. I just wanted to try this site as they looked nice and had good promotions such as oddsboost.


They have closed the account and I can not log into it anymore. Please help me. This is a scam by a big company, it should not be like this!
