Hi this is not my first deposit I have previously deposited into my account using Trc20

And this time I deposited into my account via BEP20 After a while, the money did not reach my account. I spoke to support and they said they don't support this network but it is available in payment options. This is unreasonable.

The user Islem25 tried to deposit funds in BSC-USD token, as you can see in the first screenshot shared above by the player (network is BSC) and at the link of the transaction: https://bscscan.com/tx/0xc4818649e74645f5b4fb789888a121e4e4e5664c0a6d71432e5ef0bcee899881.

Sadly, we do not support this token, and therefore, the funds could not be credited, as stated in our Terms and Conditions rule 5.3: "[...] Sending funds to the wrong network address, wrong cryptocurrency, or wrong wallet could result in the irrecoverable and total loss of your funds. We are not responsible for recovering any funds sent to the wrong network address, wrong cryptocurrency, or wrong wallet. [...]"


We kindly advise our players to double-check and make sure they send the right currency through the right network.
