I have been trying to make a withdrawal with Sportaza for 3 days.
it has already happened 2 times that I receive an email without specifics indicating that the withdrawal was not successful
by contacting their customer service they can only tell me things that are already written in the email, without giving me any indications as to why the withdrawals are refused or anything else.
it looks like they just don't want to pay me...
here is the email they send me to inform me that the withdrawal is canceled ... I don't know what to think

contattando il loro servizio clienti riescono solo a dirmi cose che già sono scritte nell’email, senza darmi indicazioni sul perché i prelievi vengano rifiutati o altro.
sembra proprio che non vogliano pagarmi…
ecco a voi la mail che mi inviano per comunicarmi che il prelievo viene annullato…non so che pensare
