The player from Italy has requested a withdrawal three days prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been trying to make a withdrawal with Sportaza for 3 days.
it has already happened 2 times that I receive an email without specifics indicating that the withdrawal was not successful
by contacting their customer service they can only tell me things that are already written in the email, without giving me any indications as to why the withdrawals are refused or anything else.
it looks like they just don't want to pay me...
here is the email they send me to inform me that the withdrawal is canceled ... I don't know what to think
Dear jacoadams,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Petronela
This is not the case, my withdrawals are rejected for no reason by the site, simply to make my hands itch and I end up playing for money
In any case yesterday I made the withdrawal again and I'm waiting for a reply
It's been six days since your withdrawal request. Have there been any developments, please?
