So when I was underage I registered to their casino as underage as their marketing had gotten my eye. Because of this I lost money to their site.


They declined to give me refund as their terms dont state that, but according to finnish laws a person who is underage does not have the right to manage their own property or make contracts. So their terms shouldnt apply to any underage person and I should get the money back.


I also informed the them of the fact that I were underage, but they didnt close the account until it was too late. So I am asking for help to get this thing solved by you as they said to make complaint here. Any proof can be provided if needed but the casino should have everything.

Dear Veronika,

Thank you for your response. I understand that during registration, the system asked for my date of birth and required me to confirm it by ticking a checkbox. However, I must admit that I registered with the wrong age and was underage at the time of registration. Therefore, any agreement I accepted is legally invalid, as minors cannot enter into binding contracts.


Additionally, as part of responsible gambling practices, casinos have a duty to verify the age of their players through reliable methods, not just by asking for self-reported information or a checkbox confirmation. This responsibility is critical to prevent underage gambling


Given these circumstances, I request help to get refund of all deposits I made while underage, as my participation was invalid from the beginning and the casino ignored the fact that I were underage when I tried to contact them until it was too late.


I am prepared to provide any necessary documents to verify my actual age at the time of registration.
