I would like to share my experience with Spin City. On June 21, 2024, I won PLN 300 and decided to withdraw these funds. Unfortunately, to this day my payment is in the "in process" status.

I have passed full account verification, so theoretically there should be no obstacles to transfer money to my account. Despite this, customer service representatives advised me to either cancel the withdrawal and place a new order, or wait patiently for the final status. In my opinion this is unacceptable as I am concerned that they are deliberately delaying the payment of my winnings.

I'm worried that I may not get my money in the end. This situation is very stressful and frustrating for me.
