The player from Russia played with a bonus and won. The casino confiscated her winnings, but then informed her, that they made a mistake and credited them back. However, there is no money in her casino account. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino was non-responsive.

I played with bonus funds in quickspin and collected coins there in games then when the wagerer became 0 I wrote to chayut and made a screenshot that there is no wagerer and I can play I make a Deposit without a bonus I buy a bonus game in quickspin with these coins they win 5000 but I could not put them on withdrawal because the casino resumed wagering I wrote a complaint about this on Russian-language forums as these games are available for playing with a bonus and it is not clear why the casino resumed wagering. I lost these funds and a week later the casino sends me an email that they have sorted it out apologize return me the balance and withdrawal amount and fry the free spins again. I log in to my account but there is no money there. You can help me sort out this situation my mail at the casino ***@yandex.ru. All scrinshots communication with them are available but they are in Russian if necessary, I can provide. And in this casino, according to the rules, there are only 2 payouts per week for 60 dollars, that is, if you need to withdraw 300 dollars, you will wait 3 weeks. This is not the case in any casino where I play
