Hello, i try to play on this casino and i like it. After that i deposit 20 euro and start playing. Finally i win 80 euro and i try to withdraw it and then i see that he probably is a fraud. When i try to withdraw i have only one method "Bank Transfer". Okay i go there and i put my bank account details. When i click withdraw button i receive the error "Sorry, the Account Number you have entered is not valid.". I check it many times but the IBAN is okay, just they system doesnt want to withdraw my money. I talk with support and he say me that i add incorrect details. I check it many times i try with other my bank its same situation. I think they are just a fraud / scam !

Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? I can see from the forwarded screenshots that you haven’t completed the bank’s name; might that be the issue?
